NOTE: All of our products either contain nuts or were produced in a facility and with equipment that processes nuts. Please ensure that you (or the person you're buying for) do not have a nut allergy or family members with nut allergies before purchasing our items.
Shipping Policies
- Shipping and handling is based on the total dollar amount of your order. PayPal's shopping cart will automatically indicate the shipping amount for you. Our shipping and handling fees are as follows:

NOTE: These shipping amounts are for orders sent to a SINGLE address. Orders sent to multiple addresses may incur additional charges. Contact us via email at orderhelp@awesomenuts.com for a shipping estimate.
- We ship via UPS Ground Shipping, which requires a street address. For total orders under 4 pounds, we may, at our option, ship via USPS Priority Mail.
- For an estimate of shipping charges to countries other than U.S. or Canada, or if you cannot receive shipments via UPS, please contact us via email at orderhelp@awesomenuts.com. Be sure to include your address as well as what you wish to order.
- We are not responsible for delays due to destination problems, such as the Customer not being home to sign for packages, the Customer providing an incorrect/incomplete shipping address, etc.
- Nutty Bavarian of Indiana makes the utmost effort to get orders delivered to our Customers on time as promised. However, we cannot be held responsible when the delay is beyond our control, including, but not limited to, Acts of God, national crises, errors made by UPS, errors made by Customer, and delay due to supplier error.
Order Policies
- We make every effort to ship your order within 24-48 hours. If for some reason we are delayed by a day or two, you will be notified by email.
- Orders paid with Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express via PayPal will be shipped within 1 business day of processing.
- Orders paid with Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express via PayPal will appear as "PAYPAL*NUTTYB."
- Orders paid through PayPal using a personal checking account will be held until notification is received from PayPal that the funds have cleared (usually 3-4 business days).
- To pay by check or money order, print your completed shopping cart list. Send the printout, along with your check or money order (don't forget to add shipping and handling, as shown above), to: Nutty Bavarian of Indiana LLC, PO Box 626, Granger, IN 46530-0626. We'll process your order as soon as we receive it, and will send you a confirmation email. Orders paid by check will be held for check clearance.
- Indiana orders are subject to 6% state sales tax.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
Return/Exchange Policies
- Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are unhappy with the quality of our product, return the unused portion of your order within 7 business days for a refund.
Privacy Policy
- It is our policy to keep all information obtained from our Customers confidential, including name, business name, billing address, shipping address, payment details, and items ordered.
- We reserve the right to include Customer comments on our website. Only a Customer's first name or your initials are used, and no information that could possibly identify the Customer is ever used. If a Customer specifically requests that their comments not be used in this manner, we will, of course, comply with their wishes.
